Being healthy doesn’t mean just eating healthy. It also means to be active, to be happy. Our body is our temple, and we need to take good care of it. You may look good outside, but if you keep eating fast food, what your inside will look like? Think about it!
Do you drink water? Do you know that our body is made of 70% water? If you don’t drink water, your body will dry out, and your arteries are getting clogged up with cholesterol and arterial plaque. You don’t want that, trust me!
Here are my tips for starting a healthy lifestyle:
- Drink plenty of water
- Eat a balanced diet, that contains each if the food groups.
- Don’t skip breakfast! Breakfast starts your metabolism and helps you to be alert and awake throughout the day. Make sure you always eat a nutritious breakfast.
- Be active. Exercise helps you stay healthy.
- Sleep more. While we’re asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.
- Eat more fruits.
- Meditate.
- Eat more vegetables.
- Work out differents parts of your body.
- Be happy, it will reduce stress.
- Get plenty of sunlight in the summer… Sunlight and the vitamin D are associated with a wide spectrum of benefits for the body including a reduced risk of several forms of cancer, heart disease, multiple sclerosis and osteoporosis, as well as improved immune function.
- Do good things, and good things will come to you.
- Drink milk. Up to 40 percent of the vitamins in fortified cereals can be found in milk.
- Appreciate the little things.
- Do exercises that you like, and do something different everyday. That way you can’t get bored and your brain will function properly at older ages!
Eat healthy, be happy, exercise. This is what you need for a healthy lifestyle. Don’t you want to feel more comfortable in your own body? Don’t take your life as a joke! All of this is real, and if you want to succeed in the life game, then you better start a healthy lifestyle!
